Visit and plan
We visit the bathroom, measure it and talk about your goals. You then see a plan and a written scope.
Homeowners in Nashville often find this stage the most useful, since decisions made here shape the rest.
Your job is to share priorities and make selections on time.
Order and prepare
Long-lead items are ordered early: glass, custom vanities, special tile and certain fixtures. We confirm sizes and rough-in dimensions.
We also plan how to protect the house and where materials will be stored.
Your job is to approve the selection sheet and confirm dates.
Demolition and discovery
Old fixtures and surfaces come out. This is when hidden damage is most likely to appear.
We show you photos and explain any surprises with options.
Your job is to be reachable for decisions.
Rough-in and inspections
Plumbing, electrical and framing changes are made. Inspections happen before walls are closed.
We keep the work open and organized for inspection days.
Your job is to avoid changing the layout after this point.
Waterproofing and tile
Pans, membranes and backer boards go in, and we test before tile. Then tile, grout and glass follow with curing times.
This stage takes patience, and shortcuts cause problems later.
Your job is to stay out of the shower until it is ready.
Fixtures and final details
Vanities, tops, toilets, lights, mirrors and accessories go in. We test every fixture and clean the room.
A final walkthrough lists any touch-ups, and you receive care instructions.
Your job is to look closely and tell us what you notice.
Make selections early and avoid layout changes after rough-in, and the project will move smoothly.
