Our process

How we work, from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Six plain steps with a visit, a written estimate, careful prep, building, finishing and a care guide at the end. You always know what we are doing, why and what comes next.

Step 1

Call and share your goals

You tell us what you want to change or fix and when. We ask a few questions, give you early guidance and set the details for a visit.

Visit and measure the bathroom

We walk the bathroom, take measurements and photos and check the floor, walls, plumbing access, ventilation and rules.

Review the design and estimate

Questions

Before you start.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The Free Estimate comes with no obligation. You see the scope, the materials and the schedule in writing before anything is ordered or started.

What areas do you serve?

Nashville and nearby communities across Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna and more. See the service areas page for the full list.

What do you do?

Full bathroom remodels, showers, tubs, walk-in tubs, accessible bathrooms, vanities, tile and floors, plumbing and electrical updates, repairs and care.

Can I hire you for a small update?

Yes. Many calls are for a new vanity, a shower door or a tub conversion, and we welcome them as much as a full remodel.

How long does a remodel take?

A tub conversion can take several days, and a full bathroom often takes a few weeks. Permits, special orders and hidden repairs affect the schedule, and we give you written dates.

Will I be without a bathroom?

During demolition and rough-in, yes, for part of the project. We plan the schedule and tell you what to arrange.

How early should I book?

As early as you can. Spring and fall are busy, and special-order tile, glass and fixtures can add weeks.
